Security
It is always worth bearing in mind that to adhere to airport security, your goods will will either be placed in an X-Ray machine or decompression chamber prior to being sent to the airline. Our International team can help advise on the correct paperwork and process throughout the move.

Air Freight Containerisation
On receipt of your goods, the airline (or it’s handling agent) will make sure that your items are correctly containerised in an air “igloo” or loaded and netted onto giant pallets. Once the correct export documents have been processed and the necessary customs formalities completed, your items will be allocated with unique air waybill number. This allows us to track your consignment throughout its International journey.

Collection & Delivery Services

Whilst some of our customers do like to collect their own items from the airport themselves, our Destination Services mean that we can assist you further by providing a full customs clearance service. As part of this service, we can collect and delivery your air freight items from both the address that you are sending them from, as well as delivery direct to the door of their International destination.
