Bishop's Move, the UK's largest family-owned removals and storage company, has launched a free video survey service as an alternative time-saving convenience for customers looking to move.
This new technology is a progression from our popular photo survey app and is ideal for customers who live abroad or for those that have time-constraints around their move, such as moving in a short period of time or are not able to take the time off work to arrange for a more traditional home moving survey at their home with one of our consultants.
Bishop's Move's customers can simply download an app to their device (mobile, tablet or laptop), as long as it has a camera and microphone, and then they can speak directly with their Moving Consultant. The app will allow customers to securely video their home and personal effects that they are looking to move, advised every step of the way by our consultant.
Video Surveys can be booked at 24/7, evenings or weekends. The video is securely recorded and assessed by one of our professionally trained Video Surveyors, who will then be able to provide an accurate moving quote, with all of our expected high-level of assurances.
