When Francesca Langhorn realised that her passport was accidentally left in storage in Ease the Squeeze, Brighton, it looked highly likely that her forthcoming holiday would have to be cancelled - it was Sunday and she was flying out early the next morning...
Determined not to give up, Francesca used Social Media to track down Ease The Squeeze’s Manager, Bob Baines, to ask if he could open the self-storage facility,out of hours, so that she could get her passport. Bob was more than happy to assist and saved the day by meeting Fiona at the facility so she could gain access to her container to get her passport.
Bob Baines comments: “I was surprised to receive the call from Francesca but as with all our customers we’ll always look to go that extra mile to help. Francesca had managed to get hold of my phone number via social media and I was more than happy to be able to help by opening-up on Sunday evening to let her in.”
Thanks to Bob, his customer now has a great holiday in store..
