Despite the UK being gripped by "snowmageddon" over the weekend, it was great to see that our local removals and storage branches pulled out all the stops to provide our customers with business as usual.
With the Met Office issuing weather warnings across the majority of the country, Bishop’s Move, the UK’s largest family owned removals firm, geared up for operations in the impending snow. Salt, grit and snow shovels were the tools of choice to keep the depots running.
Moving house is never a simple exercise, especially in the snow, but by using a professional removals company, such as ourselves, you are ensuring that you will receive the best standard of moving service, whatever the weather. This is shown by this email just received from a customer who moved on Friday, 18th Jan, 2013:
"I just want to say a big thank to Bishop's Move, and in particular to the removal team who you allocated to our move from Middlesex to Dorset last week. Clearly Friday and the snowy conditions was a challenging day for everyone and I wanted to acknowledge the team, lead by Matt, the fantastic work and dedication to providing an excellent service and thus in ensuring that our move actually happened....Your commitment to ensuring that our move went ahead and kept to schedule has meant that we are back on target for starting a new posting in a new location and from the family’s point of view we are really very grateful. Thank you." Caroline & Ian Buchanan
