Bishop's Move Late Key Waiver Plan provides peace of mind and protection against a delayed access time into your new property. This plan provides an extended three-hour waiting period from the completion time for your new property. If for any reason you cannot get the keys on time you will incur no extra charges until the three-hour waiting period has expired.
Benefits of the Late Key Waiver Plan:
If the Late Key Waiver Plan is declined the standard waiting time of one hour will apply, after which extra charges will occur. Please note that if the removal cannot be completed within that day, a Delayed Access Charge will be applied to complete the removal at a mutually agreed date and time.
