Effects
Used personal and household effects may be imported duty and tax free for foreigners and returning Hong Kong Citizens.
Alcohol may be imported within a shipment but duties will be charged at the appropriate rate. Strong liquors over 30% incur a 100% duty payment however wines may be granted duty free import at the discretion of customs. More information can be provided to you upon request. The consignee must be in attendance at the customs inspection site and pay the duties direct to customs. The inclusion of any alcohol may cause delays in clearance times.
All tobacco products will incur duty.

Motor Vehicles
Includes cars, boats, motorcycles, mopeds. Only right-hand drive vehicles are available for import.
